The River

Uncle Forrest was an incredible man and an inspiration for me growing up with my best buddy, Tracy. Tracy would roll me down to the River to enjoy Aunt Minnie's "River Sun Tea" and learn to water ski and drive motor cycles. Uncle Forrest encouraged me to jump in the water filled with stinging neddles and buckle the skis to my feet. He told me if I got up the 1st time...I wouldn't have to endure as much pain from the jelly fish! Of course, we had socks, sweat suits, etc to shield us from the stings. Still, I got on the skis the first try. When it was Uncle Forrest's turn to ski...he simply wore his bathing suit...seems the neddles didn't want to risk stingning him!!! That, and he was a tough man who wouldn't complain even if they did sting him...

Always had good memories of him and using Amway LOC for every single thing in he world.
