Obituary for Joshua Wayne Lape
Joshua Wayne “Josh” Lape, 34, of Mooresville, IN, formerly of Kinsale, VA, passed away on Friday, May 5, 2023.
He worked for Turley Lawnscapes in Mooresville, IN doing construction and landscaping. He enjoyed his motorcycle.
Josh is survived by his parents, James Lape (Gina) and Deborah “Debbie” Palmer (Jim), a brother, Christopher Lape (Ashley), a grandmother, Clara Belle Lape, an uncle, Syd Rest, and a niece and nephew, Isla Lape, and Cannon Lape.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Alfred Rest, Anna Rest Beauchamp, Pete Lape and Carrol Beauchamp.
A funeral service for Josh will be held at 2 pm on Wednesday, May 17, 2023 at Welch Funeral Home – Montross Chapel with Rev. Kristen Farrington officiating. Interment will follow at Yeocomico Episcopal Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 5 pm to 7 pm on Tuesday, May 16, 2023 at Welch Funeral Home – Montross Chapel.
