Clarence “Tinky” Ernest Clark, 70, of Montross, passed peacefully on Tuesday, February 28, 2023. He was the son of the late Elmer Ernest Clark and Betty Lou Clark and was a Waterman by trade.

He is survived by his loving wife, Teresa; son, Kenneth and his wife Angel; grandchildren, Cynthia and Kendrick; one brother and three sisters.

A private memorial service for Clarence will be held at a later date.
