Obituary for William Edward "Fuzzy" Hinson Sr.

William Edward “Fuzzy” Hinson, 81, passed away on Saturday May 9, 2020 in Gloucester, Virginia after a brief illness. He was a lifelong resident of the Northern Neck, having been born in Nomini Grove to Thomas Edward Hinson and Julia Ann Ambrose Hinson. Fuzzy was the husband of Elizabeth Ann Graves Hinson and a retired truck driver for Ronnie Brann Logging and Excavating.

Fuzzy was predeceased by his parents and his daughter Patricia Ann Hite. He was also predeceased by his brothers Charles Hinson and Carroll Hinson. He is survived by his beloved son William E. “Billy” Hinson, Jr. (Michelle) and his grandchildren: Marshall Campbell, Logan Hinson and Karli Hinson; his great-grandson Tanner Campbell; his brother Thomas Hinson and his sisters Edna Stevens and Charlotte Harper. Fuzzy is also survived by his son-in-law Robie Hite and his stepdaughter Melissa Barker and her daughter McKayla Gaskins.

Fuzzy will be remembered for his love of auto mechanics and his love of his family. He was a happy-go-lucky guy that enjoyed life and was always supportive of his family. He was a loving and caring person and was always ready to lend a hand if anyone was in need. Fuzzy was a very good father, husband, brother and grandfather.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
