Thomas Jeffrey Chapman, 73, of Lottsburg, passed away Thursday, April 11, 2019. He was a retired Senior Computer Scientist for the NSA. Thomas loved boating, fishing, crabbing and all things about the water including his home on the Northern Neck.

Thomas is survived by his wife, Karen L. McCaughey Chapman; son, Thomas Stuart Chapman; daughter, Denise Chapman-Toth (Steve); four grandchildren, Laurel, Megan, Tyler and Hudson Toth.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
