Michael Eugene Vandeloecht, age 62, of Warsaw, Virginia, passed away on Sunday, January 20, 2019. He was a retired Senior Vice-President for Peoples Community Bank.

He is survived by his wife, Cathy June Bowman Vandeloecht; sons, Christopher Vandeloecht (Christy), Jedidiah Vandeloecht (Juana), and Leland Vandeloecht (Missy); daughters, Kristina Vandeloecht (Joe) and Kayla V. Fletcher-Larkin (Michael); a sister, Karen Marion (John); mother, Loretta Rose (Ashby); step-mother, Jane Vandeloecht; several grandchildren; and best friend, David Carter.

Michael was preceded in death by his father, Vernon Eugene Vandeloecht, and his brother, Tracy Vandeloecht.

The family will receive friends at a visitation from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 23, 2019 at Welch Funeral Home, Marks Chapel.

A Memorial service to honor Michael's life will be held on Sunday, February 3, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. at Rappahannock Church of Christ with Reverend Walker Gaulding officiating. Burial is to follow the service at Nomini Baptist Church.
