Charles Albert Jenkins, 67, of Warsaw, passed away Saturday, January 12, 2019. He was a grocery store manager for Farm Fresh Market and a member of Welcome Grove Baptist Church. Charles spent six years in Tennessee and Mississippi; but apart from that spent his life in the Northern Neck. He loved the outdoors and was an avid hunter and fisherman. Charles was a real family man and could spend all day fishing with his kids and working on cars with his sons.

He is survived by his wife, Ramona Jenkins; sons, Charles A. Jenkins, Jr. (Tabitha) and Larry W. Jenkins (Elizabeth); daughters, Virginia Ann Ritchie (Owen) and Stephanie D. Whay (Troy); brother, Randolph Jenkins (Edna); sister, Esther Callis; 12 grandchildren, Fiona, Sophia, Illiana, Delila, Andrew, Garrett, Lewis, Violet, Pheobe, Mason, Jedidiah, and Nathan; and three great-grandchildren, T.J., Tre’, and Mikaela.
Charles is preceded in death by his parents, George Merle Jenkins and Virginia Arriebell Anthony Jenkins and sister, Ellen Faye Jenkins.

A funeral service will be held at 2 pm on Thursday, January 17, 2019 at Welch Funeral Home-Marks Chapel. The family will receive from 1 pm to 2 pm at the funeral home prior to the services.
