Obituary for Charlotte Headley Self
Charlotte Headley Self, 90, of Warsaw, passed away Friday, December 7, 2018. She was a retired Seamstress at Levi Strauss & Company and was a member of Oakland United Methodist Church.
Charlotte is survived by her six sons, Wayne Edward Self (Rose Marie) of Newland, Dennis Headley Self of Warsaw, George Andrew Self of Warsaw, Glen Ellis Self (Debra) of Warsaw, Howard D. Self (Joann) of Fredericksburg and William D. Self (Evelyn) of Waraw; one daughter, Evelyn Dale Rock (James) of The Villages, FL; eight grandchildren, Chris, Terry, Glen, Mike, Brandie, Thomas, Violet, and Rachel; seven great-grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held at 2 pm on Sunday, December 9, 2018 at Oakland United Methodist Church with interment following in the Beulah Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1 pm to 2 pm at the church before the funeral.
