James “Fims”, Edward Hundley, Sr., 84, of Tidwells, widower of Nannie Louise Hundley, passed away on Monday, September 3, 2018. He was a waterman and a member of St. James Episcopal Church (Tidwells). He is survived by his son, James “Jimmy” Hundley, Jr., of Tidwells and sister, Frances Swann of Montross and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, James McKinley Hundley and Myrtle Reamy Hundley; brothers, Lindburg Hundley, Walter Hundley and Gene Hundley, and sister, Evelyn Owens.
Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 6, 2018 at Welch Funeral Home, Montross Chapel. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the funeral.
Interment will be in the St. James Episcopal Cemetery (Tidwells)
