Cecil L. Cook, 90, of Montross, passed away on Thursday, July 26, 2018.
He was a member of Grant United Methodist Church, a self- employed brick mason, a member of the Masonic Lodge in Laurel MD and a member of Almas Shriners Temple in Washington, DC where he served as Past Potentate.
He is survived by a son, Larry D. Cook, Montross, a daughter, Tammy J. Cardwell and husband T.J. of Lynchburg, VA., two grandchildren Sean A. Cook and Taylor M. Cook. Also surviving are many other family members.
A visitation will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Monday, July 30, 2018 at the Welch Funeral Home, Montross, VA with a memorial service at 7:30 p.m.
