John Lewis Schools, Jr., 70, of Farnham, passed away on Saturday, June 2, 2018. John was the husband of Betty Schools, and a self-employed logger. Mr. Schools is survived by his wife Betty; son, Shawn Collins; daughter, Julie Woodel (Tommy); step-son, Joey Dunaway (Kim); eight grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. Mr. Schools was preceded in death by his daughter, Tammy Schools. Funeral services will be held at the Welch Funeral Home, Marks Chapel, at 2 p.m., on Wednesday, June 6. The family will receive friends from 1 p.m. until the time of service.
