Gregory Matthew Milligan, 56, of Montross, VA passed away on Wednesday, May 2, 2018. He was a self employed mechanic.
He is survived by his brothers, Douglas Edward Milligan of Fairfax, VA and David P. Milligan of Laurelville, Ohio. He was preceded in death by his parents, Glenn E. and Phyllis Eaton Milligan.
A memorial service and visitation will be held on Monday, May 28, 2018 at the home of his brother, Douglas.
