Robert Milford Headley, Sr., 82, of Warsaw, passed away Monday, March 26, 2018. He was a devoted family man who loved hunting, golfing and attending softball games to watch ‘the apple of his eye’ play. Following his retirement from Dahlgren he also enjoyed repairing appliances as a hobby.

Robert is survived by his wife Mary Betty Schools Headley; children, Robert M. Headley, Jr. (Angie), Deborah Day (Roy) and Sandra Headley (Marvin); sister, Louise Burgess; ten grandchildren, Layla McCann, Courtney Barnes, Megan Rinderknecht, Robyn Headley, Rick Headley, Harry Montague, Charles Day, Erica Gordon, Zephyr Headley, and Emma Headley; seven great-grandchildren, MiKayla Rapp, Nash Barnes, Abby Bartlett, Shelbe Barnes, John Robert Bartlett, Madison Rinderknecht and Griffin Rinderknecht; sister-in-laws, Lurae Headley and Lillian Hamblin; numerous nieces and nephews and his beloved dog friend, Lucy.

A funeral service will be held at 7 pm on Thursday, March 29, 2018 at Welch Funeral Home-Marks Chapel. Family will receive friends two hour prior to the service from 5 pm to 7 pm.
