Condolence: When I transferred to the Island, Joe was one of the first people I had the pleasure to work with. What a great guy and mentor to the nuclear way of doing things. Pestered him for his 3 draw toolbox constantly and when he retired he "left" it to me. Still have it to this day. He will be greatly missed. My condolences to Mark and his entire family.
