William Marvin "Billy"  Parr Jr.
William Marvin Parr, Jr., 72, of Warsaw, passed away Tuesday, January 16, 2018. He was the Owner/Operator of Parr’s Drive-In and was a lay leader and active member of Calvary United Methodist Church.

He is survived by his wife, Sharon Gallagher Parr; sons, William M. Parr, III, Jonathan Parr (Elisa), Robert W. Vaughn (Vickie) and Steven R. Vaughn (Crystal); sisters, Katherine Brooks, and Barbara Leigh Pierson; grandchildren, Kristin N. Parr, Brittany M. Davis, Joaquin Zaratta, Soleil Zaratta, Julian Zaratta, J. Kellie Marlow (Walter), Megan M. Mahanes (Timmy), Christopher R. Vaughn (Jessica), Taylor Ann Vaughn and Addison Leigh Vaughn; and great grandchildren Cooper W. Davis, Brandon J. Marlow, Caitlyn A. Marlow and Isabelle M. Pescino.

A funeral service will be held at 11 am on Friday, January 19, 2018 at Calvary United Methodist Church with interment following in the church cemetery. Family will receive friends from 6 pm to 8 pm on Thursday, January 18, 2018 at Welch Funeral Home- Marks Chapel.

Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Virginia at PO Box 2098, Tappahannock, VA 22560 or Richmond Co. Vol. Fire Dept. Company 2 at PO Box 245, Farnham, VA 22460 in Billy’s memory.
