Ellen Flemer Traylor

Mary Ellen Rock Butler was my aunt. We grew up knowing her as either Mary Ellen or “Rosebud”. Either way, the family always knew who you were speaking of. Early memories include the many times that the family would get together. Her husband, Boodie, was my mom’s twin. So we were always close. The kids, cousins, lived in each other’s homes during the summer months. I will always remember Mary Ellen for her hospitality, kindness & love for her family & for her extended family that included us. This last year was not easy for her. She struggled with her health. But what am amazing attitude. Her strength through God was always evident. I am blessed to have known Aunt Mary Ellen. Her love will be with all of us always.
