David L. Vaughn, 79, of Warsaw, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, June 26, 2018.

David is survived by his wife of 52 years, Nancy H. Vaughn; one daughter, Janice Bolton and husband, Mark; four sons, David A. Vaughn and wife, Angela, Glen G. Vaughn, Gary L. Vaughn and wife, Lexi, Mark E. Vaughn and wife, Jessica; eleven grandchildren, Lyndsey, Joshua, Travis, Brandon, Marissa, Ella, Austin, Macie, David, Ashley, and Nevaeh; and one sister, Joanne Wright and husband Ronnie.

He served in the Army and was a diesel mechanic for John Deere.

His parents, Garver and Minnie Vaughn, and two brothers, Gene and Earl Vaughn preceded him in death.

A funeral service will be held Friday, June 29, 2018 at 11 a.m. with visitation starting at 10:00 a.m. at Welch Funeral Home-Marks Chapel.

A private interment will be held at the Hylton-Vaughn Family Cemetery in Willis, Virginia.
