Kimberly Mason, 70, of Kilmarnock departed her Earthly life on Tuesday, May 29, 2018. The daughter of Nelson Mason and Ellen Rollins Mason and the wife of William A. (Bill) Gibbs, she was a member of Grace Episcopal Church. Kim was predeceased by her parents and is survived by her husband and step-children: Charles Gibbs (Holland) of Jacksonville, Florida, and Peggy Foley of Amsterdam. She is also survived by her step-grandchildren: Marietta Foley, Margaret Gibbs, Trip Gibbs, and Henry Gibbs. Kim was a teacher at St. John’s Country Day School until her retirement. Born in Tampa, Florida, she resided in Jacksonville, Florida until she retired to Kilmarnock with Bill.

A proud alumnus of Florida State University, Kim remained active in her sorority Chi Omega. She loved the ocean, the beach and her family – especially her grandchildren.

Services will be privately held by family.
