Carrington Richard Mothershead, age 83, of Warsaw, passed away on Friday, December 29, 2017. He was a longtime member and deacon of Cobham Park Baptist Church and retired from Contel Telephone Company.

Carrington is survived by his two sons, Martin “Marty” Mothershead (Tracie) and Troy Mothershead (Terri); a sister, Ruth Fogg; and three grandchildren, Tyler, Trevor, and Meredith Mothershead.

Carrington is also survived by a special friend, Shirley Morris, her son, Jason Morris (Susan) and their children, Abigail and Grayson Morris.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Billie Ann Mothershead and his parents, Richard and Mary Mothershead.

A funeral service will be held at 3:00 pm on Sunday, December 31, 2017 at Cobham Park Baptist Church with Pastor Donald Bowen officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service.
