Obituary for Helen Durham Dull (English)

Helen "Pat" Durham Dull, 83, of Hague, passed away peacefully on Friday, September 29 at The Orchard care facility in Warsaw, VA. She was a longtime resident of Hague, VA and a member of Cople Episcopal Parish.

She was predeceased by her husbands, M. William Durham and William A. Dull, her brothers James and Joseph and her cousin Marylyn Hoffman.

She is survived by her dear brother Robert S. English of Middletown, NJ and her nephews Robert J. English (Kathy) of Eatontown, NJ; Timothy J. English (Violeta) of Oakhurst, NJ, and James F. English (Jane) of Farmington, CT.; step-daughters Barbara (Paul) Clemens of Dallas, TX and Suzanne Fullerton (Mark) of Phoenix, AZ. and their four grandchildren and five great grandchildren; grandnephew Albert "Tag" Goodhue III of Salem, MA and her grandniece Temple Durham Goodhue of Lexington, MA.; cherished friend Deb Malone; her dedicated care givers Hazel Ball, Helen Plummer, and Earline Wiggins who filled her final years with companionship and laughter; and last but certainly not least, her beloved dog “Baby”.

A funeral service will be held at 11 am on Tuesday, October 3, 2017 at Welch Funeral Home-Marks Chapel with visitation beginning at 10 am. A graveside service will be held at 3 pm following the funeral service at Hollywood Cemetery in Richmond, VA.
