Elsie Jenkins Hanger, 91, of Warsaw, VA , widow of Glenn W. Hanger, passed away on Tuesday, September 19, 2017. She was a member of Rappahannock Baptist Church and the Joy Club.
She is survived by a brother, Allen Jenkins (Molly) of Warsaw; sisters, Margaret J. Wiley of Dover, PA, Erma Mae Hysell of Waldorf, MD and Verna Lee Bateman of Prince Frederick, MD and many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents, Raymond and Frances (Fannie) Jenkins; brothers, Everette Jenkins and Percy Jenkins and sisters, Ruth Behl and Louise Darnell.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 23, 2017 at Rappahannock Baptist Church, Newland, VA . The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
