Talmage Henry Landman, 93, of Heathsville, passed away Wednesday, March 8, 2017. He was a farmer and a member of Smithland Baptist Church.

Talmage is survived by his wife, Elizabeth B. Landman; daughter, Virginia L Whitlow of Colonial Heights; sister, Mildred Hollowell of Belhaven, NC; grandchildren, Gerald “Tony” Whitlow and Andrea Cox (Billy); great granddaughter, Melody Cox, and numerous nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents, George and Katherine Landman; brothers, Wayland and Jack; sisters, Hattie, Selma, and Melvie; grandson, Jody Lynn Whitlow; and son-in-law, John M. Whitlow.

A funeral service will be held at 3 pm on Saturday, March 11, 2017 at Smithland Baptist Church with burial following in the church cemetery. Fellowship will follow after the burial in the cemetery.
