Grant Gilbert Oliff, 86, of Warsaw, passed away on Thursday, December 8, 2016. He was a member of Rappahannock Baptist Church, a retired self-employed waterman, Korean Army Veteran and a retired member of the Richmond County Wetlands Board. He was also a member of the Callao Moose Lodge and Montross Moose Lodge.
He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Lois F. Oliff; one daughter, Jennifer L. Coleman and husband, Mark, of Chesterfield; one grandson, James Tanner Coleman and one sister, Eloise Hundley, of Montross. He was preceded in death by his son, Richard Keith Oliff; two brothers, Gene Oliff and George Henry Oliff; and sister, Lorelle Kelly.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, December 12, 2016 at Rappahannock Baptist Church 9981 Newland Road. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. on Monday at the church.
