Genevieve Taylor Morrow passed away at the age of 87 on November 21, 2016 in Tampa, FL. She was the beloved wife of the late John Linton Morrow, Jr. She is survived by her daughter, Genevieve E. M. Fisanich from Churchton, MD and son, John L. Morrow III from Tampa, FL; son-in-law Steven Fisanich; daughter in law Elizabeth Sansone Morow; grandchildren Nicholas J. Fisanich, Theodore J. Morrow, Charles V. Morrow and Katherine J. Morrow; sister Ann Burnam from Richmond, VA She was a beloved wife and mother. She was born and raised on her family farm “Kirnan” located in Hague, VA. She is a 1952 graduate from Richmond Professional Institute (currently Virginia Commonwealth University) A few years after graduating from RPI she moved to Wheeling WV. This is where she met and married her late husband John L. Morrow Jr. They resided in Wheeling until 1982. She and her family then returned to her childhood home “Kirnan” in Hague, VA. Here they raised their family and resided until moving to Gaithersburg ,MD in 2010. She and her husband moved to Tampa F in 2015. She was an active member of Yeocomico Episcopal Church where she enjoyed being on the Altar Guild. She loved her family and living on her childhood farm. She enjoyed gardening and boating with her family. She was a friend to many and will be sorely missed. The family will receive condolences at Welch Funeral Home in Montross, Virginia December 9th beginning at 6pm to 7:30 (http:www.welchfuneralhomeva.com) and funeral will be conducted at the family church, Yeocomico Church December 10th at 11:00 a.m. (http://cople parish.com/yeocomico-church)
