Obituary for Leslie Whitfield Wilkins Jr.

Leslie Whitfield Wilkins, Jr., 77, of Warsaw, passed away Thursday, July 21, 2016. He is a retired sewing machine mechanic for Levi Strauss.

He is survived by his son, Brian Keith Wilkins (Angie) of Farnham; daughter, Carolyn Lynn Wilkins of Warsaw; brother, Mitchell Wilkins of Richmond; sister, Joyce Wilkins of Richmond and Shirley McNeal of Lancaster; grandchildren, Matthew Vanlandingham, Kristin Mitchell, and Brandon Wilkins, and great-grandchildren, Kameryn Vanlandingham, Noah Vanlandingham and Aiden Mitchell.

Leslie is preceded in death by his wife, Gloria Wilkins, parents, Leslie and Mary Wilkins, Sr.; brother, J. Robert Wilkins; sister, Dorothy Bayse and Madlynn Headley.

A memorial service will be held at 10 am on Saturday, August 13, 2016 at Welch Funeral Home-Marks Chapel.

Memorial contributions may be made to Totuskey Baptist Church Cemetery Fund, c/o Grayson Smith, 152 Smithville Lane Warsaw, VA 22572.
