Obituary for Walter Hans Geissdorfer Sr.

Walter Hans Geissdorfer, Sr., 86, of Montross, retired U. S. Army instructor at Ft. Belvoir, passed away on Tuesday, February 9, 2016. He was a member of the Lutheran Church, National Association of Retired Federal Employees and Glebe Harbor Association. He is survived by his wife, Jennie A. Geissdorfer; son, Walter H. Geissdorfer, Jr. (Jeanne) and grandchildren, Michelle G. Leahy, Samantha Geissdorfer and Stephen Geissdorfer and great granddaughter, Sophia Leahy.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 13, 2016 at Welch Funeral Home, Montross Chapel. Interment will follow at Northern Neck Memorial Gardens, Callao, VA.
The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 13, 2016 at Welch Funeral Home, Montross Chapel.
