James H. Vinson (Jim), age 52, passed away on Monday, May 11th, 2015 at his residence in Montross, VA. Jim was born on December 13th, 1962 in Mangum, OK, the son of Dorothy Moase and Hollis Vinson. Jim was a Fleet Service Manager at Navistar for 20 years. He loved fishing, gardening, cooking, mechanics and spending time with friends and family. He is survived by his wife Cindy Vinson, three sons: SSGT Kevin J. Vinson, Kyle and Robin Ballou, Lyle Ballou and Rhonda Schrader, and 10 grandchildren; his mother Dorothy; sisters: Linda and Blane Orndorff, Georgia and Derek Hartzell; brother: Philip Vinson and Robin Humphreys; step-brothers: Doug and Viola Davis, Rob and Irene Davis, Cleatus and Shelly Davis, and a large and loving extended family.
