William “Billy” Hunter Omohundro, III, passed away on Wednesday, February 4, 2015. Billy was a retired salesman for Murphy Equipment, a member of Cobham Park Baptist Church, and a former Captain and member of the Richmond County Volunteer Rescue Squad, having served for 50 years.

Survivors are his wife, Barbara Lumpkin Omohundro; son, Hunter Omohundro (Ann); daughters, Heather Balderson (Alvin) and Helena Omohundro; brother, Joe Settle (Patsy); granddaughters, Haleigh, Hollie, and Hannah Omohundro.

Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, February 7, 2015 at Cobham Park Baptist Church with burial in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Memorial contributions may be made to the Hospice of Virginia or to Cobham Park Cemetery Fund.
